DAY 1: BREAKING BREAD

II Corinthians 4:6 NKJV

For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Welcoming a visitor is a ceremony of sorts; in Nigeria for example, our diverse cultures perform the ceremonious activity of welcoming strangers differently for example, the Hausas present you with water to drink first from a small heathen bowl and then serve the infamous kunu; the Igbos present you with Aghara and Oso-oji(Garden egg and peanut jam); the Yorubas of course present you with a lot of greeting followed by drinking water.
This mini illustration I gave here, I connect to the time of the creation of the earth. The welcoming of Man into being by inviting him into the vast resources He had to offer. God’s decision when He said “Let Us make man in our own image” (Us here referring to Trinity; John 1:1 NKJV

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. )most times feel like a thought that just popped in along the line; but in my understanding today, I got to know that the whole process of creation was God’s way of welcoming man and making him an important guest who had every right to exercise authority in the Host’s home.
I made a decision to go on a journey to seek God like I haven’t done before, I explained a bit here View, I started that today and trust me it’s a tad bit difficult to yield fully; might explain all the terms later but this is what my first day looked like.
The fact that man’s creation was an informed decision was one of the reasons why the death of Jesus wasn’t a back up plan and why the Holy Spirit was sent to always serve as a companion. After all, they all made the decision and I think why God repented like He said several times in the book of Genesis was because He thought man knew his place as a god on earth. After all, He gave him a charge to have dominion, and the fact that he left him on his own to exercise this charge with full Trust in his capabilities while leaving just a mere woman and animals as constant monitors made God come to the realisation that man still is dust.
That’s why these days the Holy Spirit serves as our guide and helps us to balance and prune our lives.
The creation story also shows that man is an extremely creative being and cannot be satisfied doing just one thing, change at the right time is a constant if we must grow.

Hebrews 11:3 NKJV

By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.
